To provide greater privacy for the occupants, the house is organized around a longitudinal band that acts as a visual barrier from the busy street. A second perpendicular wing completes the “T”-shaped volume, allowing the living areas to open onto the landscape views. The brick masonry reinforces the building’s anchoring on the site, giving it a presence that is both understated and timeless.
